Technical Services

Overview

CSA understands that as part of a successful implementation and support of a system-wide information technology solution that technical expertise is required in addition to application experience. CSA offers technical services for all of the MEDITECH platforms and we continue to work with our customers to build, implement and support technical solutions. Because every customer is unique, CSA provides resources and processes that are wide-ranging and are flexible.

In addition, CSA uses an integrated approach with application/product experts within CSA to ensure that we offer options to our customers and in turn, we provide the greatest value.

Our People

The CSA Technical Services team is staffed with experts who have deep experience with the MEDITECH system (Magic, NPR, Client Server, etc.). This team is led by Jason Ashman who is one of the founders of CSA, and as a result our customers receive the greatest amount of attention possible for each and every project.

Our Process

Our team has a proven approach to determine scope, impact and implementation for all of our Technical Services projects. By utilizing a standard approach, CSA is able to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.

Our Services

Our Technical Services team offers extensive services to our customers. The following are a few of the services that are provided within the Technical Services group.

Report Writing
As part of any successful implementation of the MEDITECH product suite, customers are faced with unique report requirements for various operating groups. CSA has written reports that cover every area of the hospital operation, including administrative, ancillary, financial, and clinical departments. Our team has written thousands of reports and can assist any customer with their report writing needs.

Training
CSA also realizes that our customers typically desire to become self-sufficient relative to Report Writing. As a result, we provide training for our customers which range from basic to advanced training levels, depending upon our customers needs.

Custom Programming
While CSA believes that each customer should build as much capability as possible within the MEDITECH product offering, we also are aware that at times our customers need custom programming to meet the demands of their users. Therefore, CSA has the capability to develop custom programs to assist our customers with unique needs.

Data Extraction
At times, reports may not meet the needs of our customers in terms of getting the right information from the system in the manner required. CSA has the ability to build special data extraction routines that allow our customers to schedule certain data extractions in specialized formats.
